Does Elevy test on animals?

Never. We are proud to be officially cruelty-free.

Do I need to be ELEVY certified to purchase ELEVY products?

Training is highly recommended. If you want to avoid over-processing as well as know-how to re-lift and relax the lashes you want to take the course. While you are not required to train with ELEVY to purchase the products, every product has its own protocol on how to use it, so you at least need to see our training video before starting to use the product.

Is it safe for pregnant women?

Yes, it’s safe.

What’s the difference between simple lash lifting or lamination and molecular reconstruction lifting?

The main difference is that molecular reconstruction treatment doesn't only curl lashes or lift brows - most importantly this treatment provides three-step nourishment and reconstruction. This means that repeat treatments instead of damaging the hair, provide a cumulative effect making eyelashes and eyebrows look fuller and healthier.

How long should I keep every lotion on the lashes and brows?

We have 3 protocols for lashes and 3 protocols for brows based on the hair types. Please make sure to follow the protocol instructions.

What brand of lash and brow tinting works best with ELEVY?

All tinting brands work fine with Elevy products. However, ELEVY nourishing and moisturizing components will make lashes and brows look thicker and darker even without tinting so you may need to adjust the tinting shade based on the desired outcome.

Can I use henna while using ELEVY?

Yes, you can. However, our general recommendation is to avoid henna tinting because while it's naturally derived it's quite aggressive to the hair. There are plenty of tinting brands that are kinder to brows and lashes.

How long will Professional Molecular Reconstruction Kit is going to last me?

All components of the Professional Kit asa well as the glue included there should last for up to 50 treatments.

Why does ELEVY have the same product formula for lashes and brows?

Brow and lash hair structures only differ in their thickness therefore we use the same formula but different processing protocols to match the hair type.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Order processing occurs within 3 business days after placing the order. We ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx mail. Shipping carrier is determined based on the destination to assure that your order arrives at the soonest time possible. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost during checkout.

Can I return my order?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Do ELEVY products have a warranty?

ELEVY products are guaranteed to be free of defects under normal and intended use. In the event of a defect, please e-mail support@elevyny.com with your name, order number, phone number, detailed description, and photos of the defective merchandise along with the proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we won't be able to consider requests without valid proof of purchase.

What if the post office lost my order?

Once we submit your order to the carrier we can’t ensure its safely any further. You’d have to reach out to the carrier for resolution. If the tracking shows the package was delivered, please contact your local mail carrier to initiate a lost package search. 

As an added layer of security, we do offer signature on delivery for online orders. We encourage you to exercise this option if you are concerned with the security of your delivery.
